A hearty welcome to SanDee&amelie's challenge blog!

Please, note, that this challenge blog is not related to any business and run without any profit by people, who do this for your and their own leisure time fun! Our only reward are your encouraging comments and your playing along and sharing steampunk fun and mixed media techniques. We appreciate every single entry and comment so much! Thank you for taking the time!

If you are new to this place, please, know that we are so glad that you stopped by our little steampunk corner!
Whether you are a dedicated tag or card maker, art journaler or mixed media lover - this might be the right place for you!
For more information about the rules and the little "steampunk/industrial twist" we ask of you, please check the "about" stuff and then simply jump in and create!

If you are new to steampunk and not sure if this is "your thing", maybe take a look at our winners gallery on pinterest (use the linking button on our side bar). You will find that we're mainly a mixed media challenge blog with a little twist towards steampunk, industrial and/or vintage. So why not give it a try?

We are looking forward to seeing your fab projects entered to one of our challenges soon!

SanDee&amelie's June 2017 Challenge - Part Two

Servus and welcome back to the second round up of inspirational projects - this time created by the ladies from Team B!

If you haven't already taken a look at the makes from Team A you should and can do so over HERE. Our challenge is - as always - open until the end of the month and there will be two lucky prize winners drawn among all proper entries who will get the fab DecoArt media prize package or the monthly surprise package of awesome steampunk chipboards from boozybear! So don't miss your chance to win and play along! The theme is once again

Anything Goes - Steampunk/Industrial

and all kinds of handmade goodness are welcome as long as they are steampunk or industrial style or theme related.

We have also already announced the prize winners and Top5 from our May challenge some days ago and if you have missed that simply click HERE to find out more.

But now it's time to share the makes created by my wonderful Team B ladies - Kerstin, Maura, Dee and ...oh, me.

has done this beautiful and highly textural mixed media canvas in her favourite ocean colours...

...and with a most wonderful
rusty sea horse!

is sharing an inspiration that came from the band named "Old Crow Medicine Show".
It made her think "traveling medicine show/old timey radio show" she says.

So she put it all together in a unique creative mixture...

has a fantastic journal spread for you this month

that is beautifully done all industrial style

and page 2

and I

came up with another notebook (sorry, I just can't stop making them).
It is also done in industrial style and I used my fab new Sizzix Industrial die and other newly bought goodies alongside a lot of DecoArt media goodness.

There is still time until the end of the month to enter our challenge and to check out the teamies' makes in more detail by visiting their blogs (simply click on their names to get there). And if you take the time to leave one or the other short comment there too you will make someone very happy ;)

We hope to see you play along soon!

Hugs and happy crafting!
