Our SASPC May 2017 Challenge

Servus, hi and welcome to another challenge, dear steampunk and industrial style friends!

Let's hope that we've had the last snowfall and snowstorms by now and that spring is finally back for good with lots of warmth and fresh green after the last crazy weeks! With that said I also hope that your creativity is in full swing and ready to bloom with some steampunk/industrial mixed media, tag, card, ATC, canvas, altered art,...projects!

As always the theme is

Anything Goes - Steampunk/Industrial

and the challenge is - as always - open until the end of the month. All proper entries will be thrown in a pot and we will draw two prize winners for our prizes generously donated by DecoArt media and boozybear! So don't miss the chance to win some cool steampunk chipboard pieces or a bundle of DecoArt media goodies! All you have to do is have some fun while you create and play along!

Our March Top 5 and prize winners will be announced on Saturday, 13th - so make sure you come back to check these out. We had such an amazing lot of stunning entries - which always makes my heart sing and fills me with joy and gratitude! Thank you all so much for playing along - it is YOU (our generous sponsors and my wonderful DT) who make this place the special mixed media spot it has become!
Two days later, on the 15th, we will present the makes of Team B for more inspiration - so don't miss that either!

But now on to the projects of Team A, who have once again done their magic to provide you with loads of fab inspiration. For more information and views, please, visit their blogs (by clicking on the names) and - if you can spare another second - leave them a short comment to make them happy:

had a lot of fun creating this amazing flying steampunk figurine
from recycled materials. Isn't it fantastic what a bit of DecoArt media
goodness can do? Well, at least if you are as skilled and imaginative as Nate is ;)
She plans on mounting it somewhere at height so it can fly.

created this rusty piece of goodness.
Isn't it amazing how weathered it looks?!

On

awesome door hanger you can find a lot of fab embellishments
cast from plaster and an old found key.

wonderful "logbook" for her holiday memories and photos
is just brilliant,

...isn't it?

and

ultramarine steampunk goggles
that she embellished with wings, cogs, a dragonfly button and a
holographic eye are so freakin' cool!

I haven't promised too much, have I? ;)

So, before I say good bye I would like to invite you to play along and enter your makes to the inlinkz collection at the bottom of this post and also remind you of our two next post dates over here - the 13th and 15th May. Hope to see you then!

Hugs and happy crafting!
